• 1. What this is. familyofficeknowledgegraph.ai is the Family Office Knowledge Graph, operated by Agentic KG Holdings, the private office of Matthew Keddy. It publishes one record per family office, drawn from the public record, every field with its source. It sells nothing on this site except access to the signed index at /api.

• 2. Records. A record is what the public sources said on the date each field carries. It is not advice, not an opinion about any family office, and not a representation beyond what the cited source publishes. A field without a URL does not exist. Records are restated by the sweep; a superseded version is not withdrawn, it is dated.

• 3. Paid access. /api answers HTTP 402 under the x402 standard. A settled call returns one signed statement and one receipt. The price is stated in the 402 payload. No subscription, no account, no refund on a settled call; a failed settlement is not charged. The office holds no cryptocurrency: the receive address belongs to the settlement rail, the receipt belongs to the office.

• 4. Agents. Agents may read every public path, may present an Agent Card to the doors, and may authenticate to the office's authorization server for the licensed index. Agents may not impersonate the graph, re-sign its statements, or present its keys as their own.

• 5. Keys. Verification is by the published keyrings only. Anything not verifiable against them is not the office's.

• 6. Subjects. A family office that finds its record wrong asks through the form; the office re-reads the cited source and corrects the field or records the conflict. The office does not remove a public-record field on request.

• 7. Liability. Records are provided as published. The office's liability for any use of this site is limited to the amount paid for the statement concerned, which for a free read is nothing.

• 8. Law. British Columbia, Canada. Changes to these terms are dated and versioned in facts.json.
